What an inspiring three days in Dublin with the SUSA consortium — packed with workshops, deep‑dive discussions, shared challenges, and a brilliant EY event exploring what it will take to build a truly digital‑ready health workforce.
Across the sessions, themes kept coming through: collaboration, clarity in learning objectives, stronger links between education and practice, and the importance of empowering both students and seasoned professionals for the digital shift already underway.
A standout moment came from Minna Isomursu (University of Oulu) during the EY panel:
“We are all starting at zero — engineers, clinicians, educators. That’s our advantage. It’s the moment where we can finally learn digital health together and break the old silos.”
That captured exactly what this week felt like: shared purpose, shared learning, and real momentum across Europe.
Huge thanks to Trinity College Dublin for hosting us so generously and creating the environment for collaboration.
