SUSA is pleased to highlight a new elective course offered by our partner, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) in Biomedical Data & Artificial Intelligence in Health Sciences.
Offered as part of the BSc degree programme of the School of Medicine at AUTH, this 5th-semester course is specifically designed for students of Medicine and Dentistry enrolled in AUTH’s relevant BSc programmes. The course began this past October and continues throughout the semester.
This module opens the door to one of the fastest-growing areas in modern healthcare. Throughout the course, students will explore real biomedical datasets, learn how AI contributes to diagnosis and patient care, and gain hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques. The module introduces the emerging field of digital medicine, offering a solid foundation for those interested in future clinical and research applications.

Students participating in this course will also have the opportunity to access internships and scholarship programmes supported by SUSA.
