From June 10–12, the SUSA project partners gathered at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) for our second co-design workshop — a dynamic three-day exchange of ideas, innovation, and collaborative planning to shape the future of digital skills in healthcare across Europe.
Hosted at AUTH’s Research Dissemination Centre, the workshop focused on:
🔹 Sharing progress across Shared Learning Experiences (SLEs)
🔹 Advancing co-design of standalone modules and virtual campus structures
🔹 Finalising deliverables related to digital gaps, training approaches, and communication strategies
🔹 Exploring innovative themes from AI to gender in digital health, interoperability, hybrid intelligence, and climate health
We were honoured to welcome guest speakers such as Prof. Andreas Charalambous and Violeta Mookhoek (Pfizer), whose insights enriched the broader dialogue on data science and digital transitions in healthcare.
Highlights included hands-on working sessions, engaging discussions, a guided cultural tour of Thessaloniki, and deepened collaboration across a truly pan-European consortium.
A huge thank you to our hosts at AUTH and to all our partners for your invaluable contributions.
Onward to the University of Zagreb / Sveučilište u Zagrebu in September for the next step in our journey!
